Computation of FMV of Capital Assets U/s 50B

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50B read with section 295 of the
Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby insert the following rules further
to amend the Income-tax Rules,1962, namely:─

“11UAE.Computation of Fair Market Value of Capital Assets for the purposes of section 50B of the Income-tax
Act.
